SNZC will accept personal information provided by you on this site. SNZC may from time to time collect additional information about you on this website. Such information will only be used for the purpose of providing or enhancing SNZC’s services to you. We will not supply your information to any third party without your prior agreement.
The SNZC reserves the right to contact you regarding your attendance at our events for purposes including post-event survey, information updates and attendance appreciation.
As required by the Privacy Act 1993, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Registering and purchasing SNZC products online
Credit card payment is available online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try.
Your registration or booking will be submitted immediately for activation once you completed your online payment. Your credit card details will NOT be retained by SNZC after the transaction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
SNZC requires notice of a cancellation 14 days before the event to allow for a full refund on your registration fee.
Special requests can be made for a partial refund after this period by contacting the South New Zealand Conference office with supporting documentation for the reason for late cancellation (e.g. medical reasons, death in immediate family, etc.). These will be considered on a case by case basis and will only be processed after the event.
SNZC reserves the right to add, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices and venues.
Should an event fail to attract a minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel it.
SNZC reserves the right to cancel the event or alter the date should;
In such case SNZC will communicate as early as possible to give the greatest notice possible to minimise disruption. SNZC shall not be liable for any personal lose as a result of cancelation.
Photo & Video Disclaimer
Any photograph/video taken at the event may be used on social media and or in future advertising by the South New Zealand Conference.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
A person attending a South New Zealand Conference event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact South New Zealand Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 20 Farrells Road, Ouruhia, Christchurch 8083, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. The South New Zealand Conference will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
