Championship Men’s Grade – for the teams who wish to play 4 His Glory through excellence and competition.

Mixed Grade – for the teams who wish to play 4 His Glory through fun and fellowship.

The Men’s Championship Grade will play separately. All other teams will be entered into the Mixed grade upon registration. The top four ranked teams will enter the Championship Mixed semi-finals. The next four ranked teams will enter the Social Mixed semi-finals.

Please note that payment needs to be made using a credit card to confirm your registration.

The registration fee per team is $220. Registration closes at midnight on Sunday 3 August.

All players must be 16 years or older and only registered to one team. Teams cannot play unregistered players and a registered player cannot play for any other team during the tournament. All teams must register a minimum of six players, and up to a maximum of 12 players.

Agreement

1. Every player is 16+ years.

2. No player is registered with another team.

3. Players 1 to 10 ALL regularly attend our church.

4. I understand this list will be sent to my Pastor and Youth Leader to verify all players from my church. My registration will not be complete until this is done.

5. I understand any request for any player changes must be in writing and approved by the local Church Pastor OR Youth Leader. All changes must be emailed/ phoned to Pr James Mello by Wednesday 13 August
