Volleyball Tournament – Sunday 16 August, 9am | Pioneer Recreation & Sport Centre, Christchurch

Championship Men’s Grade – for the teams who wish to play 4 His Glory through excellence and competition.

Mixed Grade – for the teams who wish to play 4 His Glory through fun and fellowship.

The Men’s Championship Grade will play separately. All other teams will be entered into the Mixed grade upon registration. The top four ranked teams will enter the Championship Mixed semi-finals. The next four ranked teams will enter the Social Mixed semi-finals.

Please note that payment needs to be made using a credit card to confirm your registration.

The registration fee per team is $250. Registration closes at midnight on Sunday 2nd August.

Team Player Names

All players must be at least 16 years of age and registered to only one team. Teams may not field unregistered players, and registered players are not permitted to play for any other team during the tournament. Teams must register a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 players.

Agreement

1. All players are 16 years of age or older.

2. No player is registered with another team.

3. Players 1–10 regularly attend our church.

4. I understand that this player list will be sent to my Pastor and Youth Leader for verification. Registration will not be considered complete until verification has been received.

5. I understand that any requests to change players must be submitted in writing and approved by the local Church Pastor or Youth Leader. All player changes must be emailed or communicated to Pr James Mello or Faaolaina Brown by Wednesday, 12 August.
